September 25, 2009 kokyun

I’ve been using Google Chrome since the release. To be honest, it is mature enough to use as your default browser. Replace your heavy weight browser and replace with this tiny alternative.

Below are the guide you need to follow to install Google Chrome. the repo below works for both 32 bit and 64 bit.

# Google software repository
deb http://dl.google.com/linux/deb/ stable non-free main

then download the key
https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub

then
sudo apt-key add linux_signing_key.pub
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install google-chrome

Click MintMenu > Internet > Google Chrome

Latest Version: 4.0.213.0
Done
